Abstract

Ovaj rad koncentrira se na razvoj uređenja pitanja upućivanja radnika na rad u inozemstvo, odnosno u drugu državu članicu Europske unije, kroz kratak osvrt na temeljna načela Europske unije, utjecaj tih prava na pitanje upućivanja radnika, razvoj zaštite prava upućenih radnika kroz sudsku praksu Suda Europske unije te u konačnici i ozakonjenje tih prava kroz direktive koje su zatim implementirane u unutarnje pravo država članica.

Abstract (english)

This paper concentrates on the development of the regulation of the issue of posting workers to work abroad that is, to another European Union member state, through a brief overview of the fundamental principles of the European Union, the impact of these rights on the issue of posting workers, the development of the protection of the rights of posted workers through the judicial practice of the Court of the European Union, and ultimately enacting of these rights through directives which were then implemented in the internal law of the member states
