Abstract Kontinuirani trend starenja stanovništva prisutan je posljednjih godina ne samo u svijetu, već i u Hrvatskoj pa samim time i Gradu Zagrebu kao glavnom gradu. Takav negativan demografski trend zahtjeva dodatan fokus na usluge koje su potrebne starijim osobama unutar njihovih zajednica u kojima žive kako bi starost mogli provesti kvalitetno i dostojanstveno. Cilj ovog kvalitativnog istraživanja je dobiti uvid u pojedine aspekte usluga koje se pružaju osobama starije životne dobi na području Grada Zagreba s pozicije korisnika, pružatelja usluga i predstavnice Gradskog ureda. Pojedini aspekti usluga u koje se željelo dobiti uvid su: opće zadovoljstvo uslugama, dostupnost uslugama, informiranost o uslugama i razvoj usluga u budućnosti. Podaci su prikupljeni polustrukturiranim intervjuom te su se razgovori snimali mobitelom. Za obradu podataka koristila se metoda tematske analize. Istraživanje je pokazalo kako sve tri skupine sudionika izražavaju svoje nezadovoljstvo uslugama za osobe starije životne dobi kroz različite segmente, pri čemu sve iskazuju osjećaj nezadovoljstva. Unatoč nezadovoljstvu uslugama, kod korisnika i pružatelja usluga prevladava osjećaj zadovoljstva. Prema rezultatima sve tri skupine sudionika izjavljuju o problemima kod pristupa uslugama po pitanju kapaciteta i financija, ali i o dobrim stranama kod pristupa uslugama. Sve tri skupine sudionika izjavljuju o postojećim oblicima informiranja starijih osoba koji su raznoliki, ali također i iznose neke negativne strane informiranja starijih osoba koje se kod dijela korisnika i predstavnice Gradskog ureda vežu za nedostatno znanje o uslugama, u konačnici. Sudionici istraživanja se slažu kako je u budućnosti potreban razvoj usluga za starije osobe, prvenstveno izvaninstitucionalnih, ali i institucionalnih prema mišljenju korisnika i predstavnice Gradskog ureda. Dostupnost i informiranost o uslugama u glavnom gradu ima svojih dobrih i loših strana, što istovremeno dovodi do relativnog nezadovoljstva ispitanika, ali također i osjećaja zadovoljstva kod drugog dijela ispitanika te potrebe za daljnjim razvojem usluga. U svakom slučaju to nam je signal da se na uslugama za starije treba još dosta raditi i svakodnevno ih unaprijeđivati.
Abstract (english) The continuous trend of aging population has been present in recent years not only in the world, but also in Croatia and thus the City of Zagreb as the capital. Such a negative demographic trend requires an additional focus on the services that older people need within their communities in which they live in order to be able to spend old age with quality and dignity. The aim of this qualitative research is to gain insight into certain aspects of services provided to the elderly in the City of Zagreb from the position of users, service providers and representatives of the City Office. Some aspects of the services that were wanted to gain insight are: general satisfaction with services, availability of services, information about services and the development of services in the future. The data was collected through a semi-structured interview, and the conversations were recorded with a cell phone. The matical analysis method was used for data processing. The research showed that all three groups of participants express their dissatisfaction with services for the elderly through different segments, all expressing a sense of dissatisfaction. Despite dissatisfaction with services, a sense of satisfaction prevails among users and service providers. According to the results, all three groups of participants report problems in accessing services in terms of capacity and finances, but also about the good sides in accessing services. All three groups of participants declare about the existing forms of informing the elderly that are diverse, but also present some negative sides of informing the elderly, which are associated with insufficient knowledge of services in a part of the users and representatives of the City Office, ultimately. Participants of the research agree that in the future it is necessary to develop services for the elderly, primarily non-institutional, but also institutional according to the opinion of users and representatives of the City Office. Availability and information about services in the capital has its good and bad sides, which at the same time leads to relative dissatisfaction of respondents, but also a sense of satisfaction in the second part of respondents and the need for further development of services. In any case, this is a signal to us that services for the elderly still need a lot of work and improvement every day.
