Abstract

Ovaj rad prati pitanje zabrane nuklearnog oružja u međunarodnom pravu. Obrađuje osnutak IAEA-e i njezine zadaće. Obrađuje nastanak i uspostavu bezatomskih zona diljem svijeta. Rad se posebno bavi Ugovorom o neširenju nuklearnog oružja i ugovorom o zabrani nuklearnog oružja te raznim bilateralnim ugovorima koje reguliraju to pitanje. Na kraju u ovome radu razmatra se pitanje legalnosti nuklearnog oružja i njegove zabrane u međunarodnome pravu.

Abstract (english)

This thesis follows the issue of the prohibition of nuclear weapons in international law. It deals with the founding of the IAEA and its tasks. It deals with the creation and establishment of nuclear-free zones around the world. The work specifically deals with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, as well as various bilateral treaties that regulate this issue. Finally, this paper considers the question of the legality of nuclear weapons and their prohibition in international law.
