Abstract

U ovom radu bit će predstavljene specifičnosti razvojnog razdoblja adolescencije, njegove najvažnije karakteristike, kao i pojedine faze te razvojne pojedinosti za vrijeme svake faze, s opisanim pripadajućim međuljudskim odnosima i rizicima. Isto tako bit će naveden razvoj grupnog rada, njegovo planiranje i svrha te vrste grupnih pristupa. Biti će istaknuta važnost grupnog rada s adolescentima putem različitih tema, predstavljenih na različite načine, kao što su nasilje, pomoć i podrška u učenju, seksualnost te prevencija ovisnosti. Također će biti naglašena potreba i važnost za radom s adolescentima pomoću grupnog pristupa.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, the specific characteristics of the developmental period of adolescence will be presented, including its key features, various phases, and the developmental details specific to each phase. The associated interpersonal relationships and risks will also be described. Additionally, the development of group work will be discussed, including its planning, purpose, and the different types of group approaches. The importance of group work with adolescents will be highlighted through various topics, presented in different ways, such as violence, support in learning, sexuality, and addiction prevention. The value and necessity of using a group approach when working with adolescents will also be underscored.
