Abstract

Shizofrenija je težak psihički poremećaj koji pogađa u prosjeku 1 % opće populacije. Utječe na kvalitetu života oboljele osobe i njeno svakodnevno funkcioniranje. Pozitivni i negativni simptomi shizofrenije utječu na nedostatke u interpersonalnom funkcioniranju osobe što utječe na proces liječenja i potenciraju stigmatizaciju i autostigmatizaciju oboljelih. Cilj ovog rada je dati uvid u partnerske odnose osoba sa shizofrenijom i specifičnosti teškoća koje se pojavljuju u partnerskim odnosima osoba sa shizofrenijom. Također, razmotrit će se dostupni tretmani i sustavi podrške u procesu liječenja i rehabilitacije te na kraju i produbiti uvid u socijalni rad u psihijatriji i uloge socijalnih radnika u radu s osobama oboljelim od shizofrenije.

Abstract (english)

Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder that affects an average of 1% of the general population. It affects the quality of life of the affected person and his daily functioning. The positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia affect the shortcomings in a person's interpersonal functioning, which affects the treatment process and potentiates the stigmatization and self-stigmatization of people with schizophrenia. The aim of this work is to provide insight into the partner relationships of people with schizophrenia and the specific difficulties that appear in the partner relationships of people with schizophrenia. Available treatments and available support systems in the treatment and rehabilitation process will also be considered, and finally, deepen insight into social work in psychiatry and the roles of social workers in working with people suffering from schizophrenia.
