Abstract

Ovaj rad se bavi tematikom regulatornih agencija s naglaskom na kontrolu rada regulatornih
agencija. U prvom dijelu rada, rad je fokusiran na objašnjavanje samog pojma regulatornih
agencija i njihovog pravnog statusa i njihove uloge. Središnji dio je primarna zadaća ovog
rada, a to je opisati i objasniti kontrolu rada samih agencija, od strane Hratskog sabora do
upravnosudske kontrole. U drugom dijelu rada, rad pokazuje komparativnu praku kontrole
rada regulatornih agencija u različitim Europskim zemljama sa različitim pravnim
tradicijama, uređenjem i pravnom kulturom.

Abstract (english)

This thesis deals with the subject of regulatory agencies with an emphasis on the control of the work of regulatory agencies. In the first part of the work, the thesis is focused on explaining the very concept of regulatory agencies and their legal status and their role. The central part is the primary task of this paper, which is to describe and explain the control of the work of the agencies themselves, by the Croatian Parliament up to administrative judicial control. In the second part of the paper, the paper shows the comparative practice of controlling the work of regulatory agencies in different European countries with different legal traditions, regulation and legal culture.
