Abstract

Podjela vlasti temeljno je načelo demokratskog upravljanja koje ima za cilj spriječiti koncentraciju moći i promicati kontrolu i ravnotežu unutar državnog sustava. Ovaj rad istražuje podrijetlo, značaj i provedbu diobe vlasti, naglašavajući njezinu ulogu u očuvanju demokracije i osiguravanju odgovornosti. Analizirajući povijesne kontekste, teorijske okvire i primjere iz stvarnog svijeta, ovaj rad pokazuje kritičnu važnost podjele vlasti u održavanju pravednog društva.
Izborni postupak predsjednika Vrhovnog suda Republike Hrvatske i dioba vlasti u pravosuđu ključni su elementi hrvatskog pravnog sustava. U Republici Hrvatskoj Vrhovni sud igra ključnu ulogu u osiguravanju pravde i zaštiti prava građana.

Abstract (english)

Separation of powers is a fundamental principle of democratic governance that aims to prevent concentration of power and promote checks and balances within the state system. This paper explores the origins, significance, and implementation of separation of powers, emphasizing its role in preserving democracy and ensuring government accountability. Analyzing historical contexts, theoretical frameworks, and real-world examples, this paper demonstrates the critical importance of the separation of powers in maintaining a just society.
The election procedure for the president of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia and the division of power in the judiciary are key elements of the Croatian legal system. In the Republic of Croatia, the Supreme Court plays a key role in ensuring justice and protecting the rights of citizens.
