Abstract

U ovome radu detaljno će se objasniti uloga Suda kroz razvoj europskog upravnog prostora, nastanak i razvoj Suda Europske unije, kako i na koji način se formira Sud Europske unije, koje nadležnosti ima Sud i koji su mogući postupci pred Sudom, načini na kojim je Sud odigrao ključnu ulogu u utvrđivanju upravnih načela i standarda te će se razraditi pitanje zašto je Sud važna institucija Europske unije. Također će se detaljnije opisati razvoj europskog upravnog prostora, koja su to upravna načela i standardi koji oblikuju europski upravni prostor te kriteriji koji su potrebni za ulazak u Europsku uniju. Na završetku rada iznijet će se zaključak o radu i uspješnosti Suda Europske unije. Za obradu teme koristila se literatura stranih autora te hrvatskih autora, znanstvenih članaka te službenih stranica europskih institucija.

Abstract (english)

This graduation thesis will explain in detail the role of the Court through the development of the European administrative space, the origin and development of the Court of the European Union, how and in what way the Court of the European Union is formed, what powers the Court has and what are the possible procedures before the Court, the ways in which the Court played a key role in establishing administrative principles and standards, and the question of why the Court is an important institution of the European Union will be elaborated. The development of the European administrative area will also be described in more detail, which are the administrative principles and standards that shape the European administrative area, and the criteria that are necessary for entry into the European Union. At the end of the work, a conclusion on the work and performance of the Court of the European Union will be presented. Literature by foreign authors and Croatian authors, scientific articles and official websites of European institutions were used to discuss the topic.
