Abstract

Glazba i ples su vrste umjetnosti koje oplemenjuju život čovjeka još od prapovijesti. Zbog snažnog djelovanja na aktivnosti u mozgu, u novije se vrijeme koriste u terapijske svrhe na području medicine, psihologije, obrazovanja, socijalnog rada. Ovaj rad prikazuje primjere upotrebe plesa i glazbe u pomažućem kontekstu od početaka do danas. Istraživanja i primjeri dobre prakse pokazuju kako primjena glazbe i plesa, uz standardne metode i klasične oblike pomoći, pozitivno djeluje na različite dobne skupine. Pokazalo se kao korisna alternativa komunikacije kod osoba koje imaju poteškoća u verbalnom izražavanju. Primjena plesa i glazbe kao kreativnih pristupa u radu s korisnicima, novo je područje i nedovoljno istraženo. Zbog pozitivnih pomaka u radu s korisnicima, pretpostavka je da će se upotreba kreativnih metoda razvijati i u budućnosti.

Abstract (english)

Music and dance are the types of art that have enriched the life of man since prehistory. Due to the powerful effect on activities in the brain, in recent times they have been used for therapeutic purposes in the fields of medicine, psychology, education, social work. This paper represents examples of the use of dance and music in a helping context from the beginning to the present day. Research and examples of good practices show how the use of music and dance, in addition to standard methods and classical forms of help, has a positive effect on different age groups. It has proven to be a useful alternative in communication with people who have a difficulty in verbal expression. The use of dance and music as creative approaches in working with people is a new area that is underexplored. Due to the positive development in working with people, the assumption is that the use of creative methods will develop in the future.
