Abstract

U ovom radu se obrađuje tema liberalizacije autotaksi tržišta. Uz kraći povijesni pregled, opisuje se pravni okvir autotaksi prijevoza u Republici Hrvatskoj određen europskim zakonodavstvom i domaćim propisima. Rad stavlja naglasak na otvorena pitanja vezana uz liberalizaciju - koje su njene pozitivne strane, a koje su negativne. U svezi s temom navest će se relevantne odluke Agencije za tržišno natjecanje i sudska praksa. Na koncu će se uz kraći pregled uređenja u stranim državama napraviti svojevrsna usporedba s uređenjem u Republici Hrvatskoj.

Abstract (english)

This thesis deals with the topic of taxi market liberalization. Along with a brief historical overview, the legal framework of taxi transportation in the Republic of Croatia is described determined by European legislation and domestic regulations. The thesis emphasizes open issues related to liberalization - which are its positive and negative sides. In this regard, the relevant decisions of the Agency for Market Competition and court practice will be cited. At the end, along with a brief overview of the regulation in foreign countries, a kind of comparison with the regulation in the Republic of Croatia will be made.
