Abstract

Psihodramski grupni pristup je metoda rada koja se koristi u različitim pomagaćkim profesijama, pa tako i u socijalnom radu. Njen je zadatak ojačavanje ljudskih snaga i cjelokupne ličnosti koje bi pomogle u procesu oporavka osobe. Ovaj pristup se primjenjuje i u tretmanima s osobama koje su doživjele neku vrstu traume. Pruža im mogućnost ponovnog proživljavanja emocija i situacija koje su dovele do problema čime ih se uči djelotvornim načinima suočavanja te njihovom prihvaćanju. Iako još ne postoji velik broj istraživanja, ona koja su do sada provedena ukazuju na pozitivan učinak provedbe psihodramskog grupnog procesa u svim tretmanima pa tako i u tretmanima osoba s iskustvom traume. Ističe se važnost daljnje edukacije o traumi i psihodrami te učestalijoj provedbi psihodramskih grupnih tretmana.

Abstract (english)

Psychodrama group approach is a method which is used in different helping professions, including social work. Its task is to empover human strength and the personality of people that would help in the process of a one’s recovery. This approach is also applied in treatments with people who have experienced some type of trauma. It gives them the opportunity to relive the emotions and situations that have led to the problem, thus teaching them about effective ways of dealing with problems and accepting them. Although there is not yet a large number of studies, the ones that exist so far indicate a positive effect of the implementation of the psychodrama group approach in all treatments, including the treatment of people with trauma. The importance of further education on trauma and psychodrama and more frequent implementation of psychodrama group treatments is important and emphasized.
