Abstract

Kako bismo mogli bolje razumjeti različite međuljudske odnose koje stvaramo kroz život, važno je shvatiti njihovu pozadinu. U ovom radu predstavljen je koncept privrženosti kao jedan od ključnih čimbenika za razumijevanje i izgradnju kvalitetnih bliskih odnosa. U uvodnom dijelu najprije je pojašnjen sam pojam privrženosti, a zatim je prikazana najutjecajnija teorija privrženosti psihoanalitičara Bowlbya. Opisani su stilovi privrženosti koji se pojavljuju u različitim kontekstima u ranoj razvojnoj dobi djeteta te u kasnijoj odrasloj dobi. Naglašeno je da se u djetinjstvu stilovi privrženosti razvijaju ovisno o kvaliteti interakcije roditelja/skrbnika prema djetetu, dok je u odrasloj dobi privrženost prvenstveno usmjerena na intimnog partnera i odnos koji partneri međusobno razvijaju.U radu su opisane karakteristike stilova privrženosti u djetinjstvu te njihov utjecaj na stabilnost i kvalitetu partnerskih veza u odrasloj dobi. Završno, istaknuta je važnost teorije privrženosti u socijalnom radu temogućnost njezine primjene u različitim područjima profesionalne prakse usmjerene na osnaživanja kvalitetnog roditeljstva i partnerskih odnosa te na podizanje kvalitete međuljudskih odnosa bazirane na sigurnoj privrženosti.

Abstract (english)

For better understanding of relations we make through our lives, it is important to understand their backgrounds. This work represents the concept of attachment as one of the key factors for understanding and making quality close relations. Introduction firstly explains the attachment as a term, then it presents the most influential theory of attachment by psychoanalist Bowlby. It explains many types of attachments wich appear in different contexts of early age of development and late
adulthood. It is accentuated that, during childhood, styles of attachments are developed depending on interaction quality between a parent/guardian and a child, while in adult age attachment is primarly focused to intimate partner and the relations partners make between eachother. Work describes characteristics of attachment styles in childhood and their influence on stability and quality of partner relations in adult age. For the last thing, highlighted point is the importance of theory of attachment in social work and possibilities of using it on many fields of professional practice focused on empowering quality parenthood and partner relations and also raising the quality of human relations based on safe attachment.
