Abstract

Hrvatski zavod za socijalni rad ključna je ustanova koja obavlja djelatnost socijalne skrbi. Na raspolaganju ima širok spektar ovlasti i intervencija kojima utječe na svakodnevni život pojedinaca. Osim toga, pod svojom nadležnošću ima mjere koje određuje roditeljima kako bi promijenili negativne obrasce ponašanja i uklonili sve rizike koji bi štetno mogli utjecati na dijete. Sastoji se od mreže različitih profesija i uloga koje jedna drugu nadopunjuju. Jedna od njih voditelj je mjere stručne pomoći i potpore u ostvarivanju skrbi o djetetu. Voditelj mjere stručna je osoba koja ne mora nužno biti stručni radnik zavoda te koja raspolaže vještinama i znanjima u području rada s djecom i obitelji u riziku. Cilj ovog rada analiza je mjere stručne pomoći i potpore u ostvarivanju skrbi o djetetu te opis i uloga voditelja mjere stručne pomoći i potpore u provođenju mjere.

Abstract (english)

The Croatian Institute for Social Work is the key institution that performs social welfare activities. There is a wide range of authorities and interventions available that affect the daily life of an individual. In addition, under its jurisdiction, it has measures that are assigned to parents in order to change negative patterns of behavior and remove all risks that could adversely affect the child. It consists of a network of various professions and roles that complement each other. One of these is field professional for help and support in child welfare. Field professional is a person who does not necessarily has to be a social worker at the Institute but who possesses skills and knowledge in the field of working with children and families at risk. The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of measure for professional help and support in child welfare and to describe the role of field professional for help and support in child welfare in implementing the measure.
