Abstract

Adolescencija je ključno životno razdoblje između djetinjstva i odrasle dobi, obilježeno intenzivnim promjenama i izazovima koji uključuju fizičke, psihičke, kognitivne i socijalne aspekte. Ova faza često uključuju složene krizne situacije koje mogu utjecati na mentalno zdravlje adolescenata. Obiteljske krize dodatno kompliciraju prijelaz iz djetinjstva u adolescencije i mogu narušiti opću dobrobit adolescenata. Programi podrške ključni su za pomoć adolescentima u kriznim situacijama uz pružanje podrške i pomoći u izgradnji otpornosti i poboljšanju mentalnog zdravlja. Cilj rada je doprinijeti razumijevanju položaja adolescenata tijekom obiteljskih kriza te analizirati dostupne programe podrške usmjerene prema toj specifičnoj skupini što će se postići analizom literature.

Abstract (english)

Adolescence is a crucial life stage between childhood and adulthood, characterized by intense changes and challenges involving physical, psychological, cognitive, and social aspects. This phase often includes complex crisis situations that can impact the mental health of adolescents. Family crises further complicate the transition from childhood to adolescence and can affect the overall well-being of adolescents. Support programs are essential for helping adolescents in crisis situations by providing assistance and fostering resilience and improving mental health. The aim of this paper is to contribute to understanding the position of adolescents during family crises and to analyze available support programs directed at this specific group through a literature review.
