Abstract

U radu se analizira zastupljenost upravnih postupaka u području socijalne skrbi. U uvodnom dijelu rada ističe se važnost upravnih postupaka za sustav socijalne skrbi. Nakon toga u radu se analizira uređenje upravnih postupaka i upravnih akata prema važećem Zakonu o upravnom postupku kao i zastupljenost iste materije u Zakonu o socijalnoj skrbi i Obiteljskom zakonu. Upravni postupci zastupljeni u centrima socijalne skrbi navedeni su prema klasifikacijskoj podjeli postupaka i usluga koje se provode u centru za socijalnu skrb. U zaključku rada sumiraju se osnovne spoznaje i još jednom se naglašava važnost upravnih postupaka u području socijalne skrbi.

Abstract (english)

The paper analyzes the representation of administrative procedures in the field of social welfare. The introductory part of the paper emphasizes the importance of administrative procedures for the social welfare system. After that, the paper analyzes the regulation of administrative procedures and administrative acts according to the valid Law on Administrative Procedure as well as the representation of the same matter in the Law on Social Welfare and the Family Law. Administrative procedures represented in social care centers are listed according to the classification division of procedures and services provided in the social care center. The conclusion of the paper summarizes the basic findings and emphasizes once again the importance of administrative procedures in the field of social welfare.
