Abstract

Muzikoterapija uključuje korištenje glazbe i njezinih elemenata na osobi ili grupi u procesu, što ga provodi kvalificirani glazbeni terapeut, koji je osmišljen kako bi osigurao i unaprijedio komunikaciju, učenje, potaknuo izričaj, organizaciju i druge bitne terapijske ciljeve u svrhu postizanja fizičkih, emocionalnih, mentalnih, društvenih i kognitivnih potreba. Analizom literature može se zaključiti kako je glazba pogodna za upotrebu kroz socioterapijske metode liječenja jer se uz pomoć glazbe stvara temelj za kvalitetan terapijski odnos, stvara se pozitivna i ugodna atmosfera te se postižu brojni ciljevi poput razvoja socijalno primjerenih ponašanja i interpersonalnih vještina, eliminiranje nepoželjnih ponašanja, razvoja kognitivnih vještina povezanih sa svakodnevnim funkcioniranjem, poboljšanje kvalitete života itd. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati mogućnosti primjene muzikoterapije kao socioterapijske metode liječenja kroz temeljne odrednice glazbe, definiciju muzikoterapije te njezin cilj, funkcije i svrhu te pregled različitih metoda muzikoterapije koje je moguće primjenjivati kao socioterapijske metode liječenja.

Abstract (english)

Music therapy involves the use of music and its elements by a qualified music therapist on a person or group in a process designed to provide and enhance communication, learning, stimulation of expression, organization and other essential therapeutic goals for the purpose of achieving physical, emotional, mental and social needs. The analysis of the literature concludes that music is suitable for use through socio-therapeutic methods of treatment because the music creates a basis for a good therapeutic relationship, it creates a positive and comfortable atmosphere, and achieves many goals such as: the development of socially appropriate behaviors and interpersonal skills, elimination of undesirable behaviors, developing the levels of cognitive skills associated with daily functioning, improvement of quality of life, etc. The aim of this paper is to present the possibilities of applying music therapy as a socio-therapeutic method of treatment through the basic determinants of music, to present the definition of music therapy and its goals, functions and purpose, and an overview of the different music therapy methods that can be used as socio-therapeutic treatment methods.
