Abstract

Hiperkinetski poremećaj sve je učestalija dijagnoza kod djece i mladeži. Navedeni poremećaj često se kod opće populacije veže uz brojne nesigurnosti prilikom interpretacije simptoma i odabira odgovarajuće terapije. Ovaj rad predstavlja pregled osnovnih značajki hiperkinetskog poremećaja te pružna informacije o najčešćim terapijama koje se koriste za kontrolu simptoma ovoga poremećaja i poboljšanje kompetencija kod djeteta modifikacijom misli i ponašanja. Predstavljen je i model inkluzije djeteta s hiperkinetskim poremećajem koji se odvija na četiri razine po uzoru na Bronfennbrenerovu teoriju ekoloških sustava. Model inkluzije temeljen na navedenoj teoriji predstavlja sveobuhvatno, strukturirano i detaljno nastojanje za postizanjem što kvalitetnijeg života djeteta kroz razvoj vlastitih potencijala i konstantnu podršku svih pripadnika okoline djeteta. Ističe se potreba utjecaja i uključenosti socijalnih radnika u život djeteta i njegove obitelji zbog jedinstvenosti informacija i ovlasti koje socijalni radnici imaju.

Abstract (english)

Hyperkinetic disorder is becoming a very common diagnosis when it comes to children and teenagers. When interpreting symptoms and choosing the right therapy of hiperkinetic disorder, general population has to deal with many insecurities. This thesis offers basic aspects of hyperkinetic disorder and information about forms of therapies that are often used for symptom control and improvement of child's abilities by modifying thougths and behaviour. The model of inclusion of a child with hyperkinetic disorder that happens on four levels is presented based on Bronfennbrener's theory of ecological systems. The model of inclusion based on the mentioned theory represents comprehensive, structured and detailed struggle to reach better quality of a child's life through growth of his own potential and systematic support of all members in his surroundings. The influence and involvement of social workers in a child's life and his family is highlithted because of unique information and authority which social workers have.
