Abstract

Pojam energetskog siromaštva označava nedostatak energetske infrastrukture, odnosno fizičku nedostupnost modernim energetskim uslugama. Danas još nije poznato koliko obitelji u Hrvatskoj pati zbog negativnih utjecaja energetskog siromaštva, ni koliko je njih u opasnosti da prijeđe granicu te postanu ugroženi zbog loše gospodarske situacije i porasta cijena.
Tri glavna čimbenika koja utječu na pojavu energetskog siromaštva su: cijena energije, dohodak i razina energetske učinkovitosti u kućanstvu. Cilj ovoga rada je pokušati prikazati pokazatelje energetskog siromaštva u Hrvatskoj, upravo kroz navedene. Također, cilj rada je prikazati koje mjere Hrvatska poduzima kao bi se energetsko siromaštvo preveniralo i smanjilo.

Abstract (english)

The concept and definition of energy poverty means a lack of energy infrastructure, or physical inaccessibility to modern energy services. Today, it is not known how many families in Croatia are suffering from the negative impacts of energy poverty, and how many of they are in danger of crossing the border and becoming threatened to a bad economic situation and rising prices.
There are three main factors that affect the phenomenon of energy poverty, namely energy, income and energy efficiency levels in households. The goal of this work is to try to show the indicators of energy poverty in Croatia, through the factors of the same. Also, the goal of the work is to show what measures Croatia is undertaking in order to prevent and reduce energy poverty.
