Abstract

Pretjerani strah, tjeskoba i uz njih vezani poremećaji ponašanja zajednička su obilježja anksioznih poremećaja koja se mogu pojaviti u različitim situacijama. Ovaj rad će prikazati socijalno anksiozni poremećaj kod adolescenata. On se definira kao strah od bivanja promatranim i negativno procijenjenim od strane drugih osoba. Godišnja prevalencija u Europi je oko 2,3% i obično se razvija tijekom djetinjstva i adolescencije. Vrlo često osobe oboljele od ovog poremećaja imaju u komorbiditetu druge... More anksiozne poremećaje i/ili depresiju. Terapija socijalno anksioznog poremećaja uključuje psihoterapiju (kognitivno-bihevioralna terapija pokazala se najuspješnijom), farmakoterapiju i socioterapiju. Abstract (english)

Excessive fear, anxiety and related behavioral disorders are common characteristics for anxiety disorders. They can be triggered by different situations. This paper will review social anxiety disorder. It is defined as fear of being observed and negatively evaluated by other people. Annual prevalence in Europe is about 2,3 % and it usually develops during childhood and adolescence. Very often people affected by this type of disorder have comorbid other anxiety disorders and/or depression....
