Abstract | U diplomskom radu predstavit ću temu individualnog planiranja u udomiteljstvu.
u SAD – u i Velikoj Britaniji sedamdesetih i osamdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća. U
hrvatsko zakonodavstvo, individualno planiranje je uvedeno 2003. godine.
Individualno planiranje u fokus stavlja korisnika, njegove snage, resurse, potrebe,
poznat i razumljiv. Ishod individualnog planiranja je individualni plan koji
predstavlja „...plan promjena životne situacije, odnosno ponašanja korisnika izrađen
na temelju sveobuhvatne procjene potreba, poteškoća i resursa, u dogovoru s
korisnikom i članovima obitelji, u svrhu prevladavanja nepovoljnih životnih
Individualno
planiranje s djecom prolazi kroz tri postupka: procjenjivanje, planiranje i praćenje.
koncepata u domaćoj i stranoj praksi. |
Abstract (english) | care. The method of individual planning in foster care has its roots in the concept of
‘case management’, ‘care management’ and ‘person-centred planning’ which all
developed in the USA and Great Britain in the 1970s and the 1980s.In croatian
legislature, individual planning has been introduced in 2003.Individual planning
brings the user into focus, his strength, resources, necessity, wishes and it is based
on a principle of respecting the user’s perspective, active participation,
collaborating relationship, reinforcing and using the language known and
understandable to the user. The result of the individual planning is the individual
plan which represents ‘the plan of changes in life situations or the behaviour of the
user based on comprehensive assessment of necessity, difficulties and resources in
agreement with user and family members to overcome inconvenient life
circumstances’.The centre of the essay is individual planning in area of children’s
protection including interaction with a child, his parents and a family itself. There
are several plans that are being composed in this area depending on necessity and
circumstances. In this essay the individual care plan for the child that is separated
from his own family and put into the foster care has been interpreted with special
attention. In current practice of social work there is an agreement that foster family is
the most natural form of a child care. Individual planning with children goes through
three steps: evaluation, planning and observation. The participants in making
individual care plan are: a child, members of biological and foster family, other
significant people in child’s life and professional team of authorized social care
centre. The main thought of all members making the individual care plan is the
child’s best interest. The purpose of the work is to get to know with the concepts of
individual planning in theory and show the application of concepts in native and
foreign practise based on empiric indicators. |
