Abstract

Ovaj rad usmjeren je na prikaz promjena koje se događaju u roditeljstvu zbog situacije brakorazvoda, a koje se ponajviše odnose na uspostavu kvalitetne komunikacije među bivšim partnerima te suradnja za dobrobit djeteta koja se treba temeljiti na suroditeljstvu. Stoga je daljnje poglavlje usmjereno na opis temeljnih postavki suroditeljstva koje predstavlja temelj za lakšu prilagodbu i nošenje sa stresom s obzirom na sve specifičnosti odgoja djece nakon razvoda braka, ali i mogućih izazova s kojima će se obitelj susresti. Zakonodavni okvir Republike Hrvatske područje razvoda braka definira odredbama u Obiteljskom zakonu koji roditeljima kao oblike pomoći i potpore određuje obvezno savjetovanje i obiteljsku medijaciju. Definirani instituti imaju za cilj sastavljanje plana o zajedničkoj roditeljskoj skrbi i sporazumno rješavanje spornih odnosa među članovima obitelji. Osim instituta iz zakonodavnog okvira u posljednjem poglavlju iznesen je prikaz programa pomoći i podrške razvedenim roditeljima. Prikazani programi temelje se na spoznajama iz domaće, ali i inozemne literature. Upravo ti programi imaju za cilj olakšati prilagodbu na razvoda braka, poboljšati komunikaciju među bivšim partnerima te usmjeriti bivše partnere da u svom odnosu nastupaju kao roditelji, a ne kao partneri kako bi zaštitili najbolji interes djeteta, ali i djetetu olakšali prilagodbu na novonastale okolnosti brakorazvoda koje predstavljaju stresno iskustvo za sve članove obitelji.

Abstract (english)

This paper focuses on the changes that occur in parenting because of the situation of divorce, which mainly relate to the establishment of high-quality communication among former partners and cooperation for the well-being of the child to be based on co-parenting. Therefore, the next chapter focuses on a description of the fundamental settings of the relationship that is the basis for easier adaptation and stress-bearing in view of all the specifics of the childrenꞌs education after the divorce, as well as the possible challenges the family will encounter. The legislative framework of the Republic of Croatia defines the area of marriage divorce as laid dow nin the Family Law, which sets out as mandatory counseling and family mediation as support and support forms for parents. The purpose of the institutes set up is to draft a plan for joint parental care and to settle disputed relationships between family members. In addition to the institute from the legislative framework, the last chapter presents an overview of assistance and support programs for divorced parents. The programs presented are based on the knowledge of domestic and foreign literature. It is these programs that are aimed at facilitating marriage adjustment, improving communication among former partners, and directing former partners to act as parents rather than partners in order to protect the best interests of the child, but also to facilitate the childꞌs adaptation to new circumstances of the divorce that are a stressful experience for all family members.
